Cash flow forecasting

No more budgeting.

Stoke spots your recurring paychecks and bills on its own and projects your balance forward — so you get a heads up before a big bill lands, and a nudge when you've got room to spare.

We'll email you when it's open.

How it works

Three steps from sign-up to a forecast that updates with your life.

1

Connect or enter

Link a bank in seconds, or hand-enter accounts and transactions yourself. Either way, it feeds the same forecast.

2

Recurring activity surfaces

Paychecks, rent, subscriptions, and bills get detected and grouped. Categorize anything we miss with a rule that runs on future entries too.

3

You always know what's coming

Daily projected balances tell you when bills land, what your buffer looks like, and whether rent will clear Friday. Tweak any of them to see the what-if.

Built for trust

Your bank credentials are some of the most sensitive things you own. Here's how we handle them.

Bank sync via Plaid

The same connector trusted by Venmo, Wise, and SoFi. We never see or store your bank password.

Encrypted, end to end

Sensitive data is encrypted with AES-256-GCM in the database. Sign-in is passkey-only — no passwords to leak.

Yours, always

No ads, no data resale, no sharing with third parties. Cancel and your data stays put. Delete and it's gone.

Frequently asked

What if my bank doesn't connect?

Bank sync runs through Plaid, which connects most US banks — but not all. Any account Plaid can't reach, you can hand-enter, and it sits in the same forecast as your synced accounts.

What happens if I cancel?

You're moved to the free plan. Your accounts, transactions, and forecast all stay — only live bank sync stops. To turn sync back on, re-subscribe and reconnect your bank through Plaid, and we'll do our best to match it back to your existing accounts.

What if I delete my account?

Everything goes — accounts, transactions, the forecast, and any linked bank connections. Deletion is final; we don't keep a copy.
